Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Prepare the Crust: Mix flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press evenly into the bottom of the prepared dish.
- Make the Filling: Combine apples, sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Toss until apples are coated. Spread over the crust.
- Add the Topping: Combine flour, sugar, and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the apple layer.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown. Let cool before cutting into bars.
