  • Salt and pepper
  • Soy sauce (¼ cup)
  • Sugar (1½ tablespoons)
  • Cornstarch (1½ tablespoons)
  • Water (¼ cup)

Instructions

  1. Prep your beef by slicing against the grain into thin strips, patting dry, then sprinkling with salt and pepper.
