Description
A quick and easy dessert combining the tangy sweetness of blueberries with the creamy richness of cheesecake, all wrapped in a flaky crescent roll. Perfect for any occasion, this recipe uses only five ingredients and can be prepared in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- Crescent roll dough
 - Fresh blueberries (or frozen blueberries, thawed and drained)
 - Cream cheese (softened)
 - Sugar
 - Vanilla extract
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - Roll out the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
 - Mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
 - Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each dough triangle.
 - Add blueberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
 - Roll up the dough starting from the wide end.
 - Place the rolls on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
 - Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
 
Notes
- You can use raspberries or strawberries as substitutes for blueberries.
 - Puff pastry or homemade dough can be used instead of crescent roll dough.
 - Adding lemon zest to the cream cheese mixture can enhance the flavor.
