  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese, divided
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons panko or breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease an 8×8 baking dish.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, mozzarella, mayo, and ½ cup of parmesan until fully combined.
  3. Stir in garlic, rosemary, thyme, and pepper.
