Ingredients
- Butter: ¾ cup, softened
- Brown Sugar: ¾ cup
- White Sugar: ¼ cup
- Milk: 2 tbsp
- Vanilla Extract: 1 tsp
- All-Purpose Flour: 2 cups
- Salt: Pinch
- Miniature Chocolate Chips: 2 cups, divided
- Fudge Brownie Mix: 1 package, baked and cooled
- Candiquik or Chocolate Almond Bark: 1 package
Instructions
- Cookie Dough Preparation: Cream butter and sugars in a stand mixer. Add milk and vanilla, blending until smooth. Gradually mix in flour and salt. Stir in 1 cup mini chocolate chips.
- Assembly: Scoop and freeze tablespoon-sized balls of dough. Wrap each with a flattened piece of brownie and freeze. Dip in melted chocolate, sprinkle with chocolate chips, and chill until set.
