Description

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Bombs are a delightful dessert that combines gooey brownies and soft cookie dough into a chocolate-dipped treat. Each bite offers a mix of textures from the soft cookie dough to the chewy brownie, all enveloped in a crisp chocolate shell.

Ingredients

  • Butter: ¾ cup, softened
  • Brown Sugar: ¾ cup
  • White Sugar: ¼ cup
  • Milk: 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla Extract: 1 tsp
  • All-Purpose Flour: 2 cups
  • Salt: Pinch
  • Miniature Chocolate Chips: 2 cups, divided
  • Fudge Brownie Mix: 1 package, baked and cooled
  • Candiquik or Chocolate Almond Bark: 1 package

Instructions

  1. Cookie Dough Preparation: Cream butter and sugars in a stand mixer. Add milk and vanilla, blending until smooth. Gradually mix in flour and salt. Stir in 1 cup mini chocolate chips.
  2. Assembly: Scoop and freeze tablespoon-sized balls of dough. Wrap each with a flattened piece of brownie and freeze. Dip in melted chocolate, sprinkle with chocolate chips, and chill until set.

Notes

  • Chocolate Coating: Ensure the chocolate is not too hot when dipping to prevent the bombs from falling apart.
  • Serving: Best served chilled. Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
