  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 2 cans (14.5 oz each) tomato sauce
  • 2 cans (14.5 oz each) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 box dry uncooked macaroni
  • 1 cup frozen peas

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef with onion and peppers in a skillet.
  2. Transfer beef mixture to a crockpot. Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and seasonings.
  3. Cook on high for 3.5 hours.
  4. Cook macaroni as per box instructions and add to the crockpot with peas 30 minutes before serving.
