Ingredients

  • 🥚 6 large eggs
  • 🥛 1 cup milk (or heavy cream for a richer texture)
  • 🧀 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
  • 🧅 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 🫑 1 bell pepper, diced (optional)
  • 🥓 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon or ham (optional)
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 🌿 Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in the shredded cheese, chopped onion, bell pepper, and cooked bacon or ham.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the quiche is set and the top is golden.
