Ingredients

  • 6 slices of thick-cut bacon
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Peel and trim the carrots. If they are thick, slice them in half lengthwise.
  • Wrap each carrot with a slice of bacon and place them on the baking sheet.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  • Brush the maple syrup mixture generously over the bacon-wrapped carrots.
