- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, flour, cheese, eggs, milk, melted butter, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until just combined.
- Grease a muffin tin and scoop the mixture into each cup.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
