  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Layer the Ingredients: Place the sauerkraut at the bottom of your crockpot.
  • Add Potatoes and Sausage: Layer the potato chunks on top of the sauerkraut, followed by the Polish sausage pieces.
  • Prepare the Broth: Mix the chicken broth, caraway seeds, and bay leaf in a small bowl. Pour this mixture over the ingredients in the crockpot.
