- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll the crescent rolls out flat and cut each triangle in half lengthwise.
- Cook the ground sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully browned. Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled sausage, softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spoon a small amount of the sausage mixture onto the widest part of each crescent roll triangle.
- Roll the crescent dough over the filling, starting at the widest end, and form mini stuffed crescent rolls.
- Place the crescents on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
