Instructions

  1. Get Ready to Mix: In a medium-sized bowl, start mixing the Greek yogurt, honey, cornflour, and those two eggs with a whisk. Whisk until everything’s smooth and combined. Don’t worry too much about getting it perfect.
  2. Prep the Pan: Line a 6-inch round baking tin with a piece of baking paper. This will prevent the cake from sticking and keeps the cake whole. Pour the batter into the prepared tin. Give it a little tap on the counter to level things out.
  3. Cover Up: Cover the tin with foil. This step helps the cake cook evenly and keeps the top from browning too quickly.
  4. Bake Time! Pop your cake into a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C). Bake for 50 minutes. After the first 20 minutes , take off the foil, and let the cake bake for the remaining time.
  5. Cool Down is Key: Once baked, turn the oven off then set the oven down to let it cool down with the door ajar for 20 minutes. Transfer the cake (with the baking paper still attached, this is super important!) onto a plate.
