- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 1/2 – 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned, then drain any excess fat.
- Add sliced bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Season with steak seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
- If using fresh diced potatoes, partially cook them by boiling for a few minutes until slightly tender or microwaving until partially cooked.
- Transfer the cooked beef and sautéed vegetables to the crockpot.
- Add the partially cooked diced potatoes, cheddar cheese soup, shredded provolone cheese, and sour cream to the crockpot.
- Stir all ingredients together until well combined.
- Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or on low for 4-5 hours, until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
