  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 3 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 large scoop of minced garlic
  • Steak seasoning, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 1/22 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned, then drain any excess fat.
  2. Add sliced bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Season with steak seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
  3. If using fresh diced potatoes, partially cook them by boiling for a few minutes until slightly tender or microwaving until partially cooked.
  4. Transfer the cooked beef and sautéed vegetables to the crockpot.
  5. Add the partially cooked diced potatoes, cheddar cheese soup, shredded provolone cheese, and sour cream to the crockpot.
  6. Stir all ingredients together until well combined.
  7. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or on low for 4-5 hours, until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
