- 4 cups cooked egg noodles
- 1 package (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed tomato soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, frozen vegetables, tomato soup, and half of the cheese.
- Gently fold in the cooked noodles.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and golden on top.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute ground beef with ground turkey or a plant-based meat alternative.
