Instructions
- Prepare the cones: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Boil water with butter and salt. Add flour and stir until a dough forms. Cool slightly, then add eggs one at a time. Pipe into cone shapes and bake until golden.
- Make the peach cobbler filling: Combine peaches with brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook until peaches are soft and the sauce has thickened.
- Prepare the cheesecake filling: Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
