    • 250 ml water
    • 70 grams butter
    • 150 grams all-purpose flour
    • 4 eggs

    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • For the Cheesecake Filling:
    • 400 grams cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup powdered sugar

    • 200 ml heavy whipping cream
