- 2 packages of crescent rolls
- 1 package of cooked sausage crumbles (e.g., Jimmy Dean)
- 1 envelope of country gravy mix
- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 8 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces of shredded pepper Jack cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a round pizza pan.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into 16 triangles. Arrange on the pizza pan with points toward the center. Press to form a crust, sealing seams. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes until golden.
- Prepare gravy mix according to package directions in a saucepan. Stir in sausage crumbles. Set aside.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir the egg mixture until almost set.
- Spread sausage gravy over the baked crust. Top with the scrambled eggs and cheeses.
- Bake for 5 to 10 minutes more, until eggs are set and cheese is melted. Serve in wedges.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute low-fat cheese and skim milk.
- The pizza can be prepped the night before, covered, and refrigerated until ready to bake.
